Dear Dr. Stone:
My office inadvertently used the wrong transaction code when we processed the termination of your exempt appointment.  The code we used was for termination of an exempt appointment with fault, which was incorrect.  We have corrected the transaction to reflect a regular termination of an exempt appointment. Attached is the corrected Notice of Personnel Action.
